We’re a small team of humans + agents with a deep commerce DNA. Founded by Gui, who previously sold his startup, Return Magic to Shopify. Return Magic helped Shopify Plus merchants deliver a positive and profitable returns experience. Brands that used Return Magic included Alo Yoga, Patagonia, Obey, and several other leading Shopify-powered brands.
At Shopify, he led product teams that went from zero-to-one: research, design, prototype and ship features like the Returns API and the Customer Accounts API + Platform, now used daily by millions of Shopify Merchants and their shoppers.
Our team leverages 10+ years of extensive product and entrepreneurial insights, relationships and resources in building the tools and apps for this new era of commerce.
